Ukrainian Mediation Center Alternative Conflict and Dispute Resolution
Ukrainian Mediation Center was set up under the auspices of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School to be the driving force behind the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in Ukraine, by providing training and making available the services of independent mediators. We believe that any conflict provides an opportunity for positive changes. Anticipated Results: - A system of extra-judicial methods for dispute resolution based on voluntariness, confidentiality, impartiality and independence of mediators, and characterized by a high level of execution of the final agreements, is introduced in Ukraine.
