Philosophy

Philosophy of the renewed kmbs Executive MBA program “Call for Talent” is a development of multifunctional professionals, capable to build strong differentiated company image with constant focus on blockbuster products. In order to be such a professional kmbs Executive MBA program alumni should be able to set goals, collect information, analyze the problem and make strong managerial decisions, be creative and innovative in his/her actions and inspire his/her people.

Goal

Executive MBA program “Call for Talent” is created to develop managerial skills and capacities of talented professional managers, who see themselves as future CEOs, who are ready to make decisions not only in known business, but in the new environment as well.

Target audience

Successful managers who consider developing their career in Ukrainian companies.

Advantages

Program structure looks like a journey through different levels of complexity in running a company. Program model reminds DNA as a participant develops his/her capabilities in making decisions on behalf of company owner in different spheres and more complex environment in every turn of the spiral.
Every module consists of three parts: - decision-making skills [in terms of Case-based learning], - extending managerial knowledge,- understanding and integrating life principles [philosophy, art, sport, science] with business.
Every second module is held in terms of "live-cases" – case-study, based on a real company, meeting its top-managers, who would comment decisions made by participants.
International Study Tour is one of the modules, which includes a week of intensive team work in one of the western companies. Participants would have to show their professional managerial competences in order to achieve the goals set by the company.
