Program Principles

The program focuses on the spiritual development of the individual self of its participants, expansion of inner boundaries, constant self-development, enhancement of management skills and habits, comprehension of concepts of philosophical outlook.
 
The program graduate is a person who is able to effectively apply business tools, to manage people of different social and professional ranks, to exploit business ideas of your network. Three above-mentioned circles of competences build the Program concept and its content.

Main Blocks of the Program

Contents of the President MBA comprise three main blocks: Philosophical, Strategic and Functional. Every block aims at mastering skills of every circle of competence.
 

1. Strategic Block. The objective of this block is deep and profound study of several constituents: Personal and Relationship Management; Context study of the business environment; Business Management and Change Management. Courses of this unit are devoted to the business fundamentals and principles, development of managerial and leadership skills of business owners.
2. World Outlook Block. The courses are developed exceptionally for the Presidents’ MBA. Professors are the best experts of Kiev-Mohyla Academy in the areas of knowledge that are not necessarily related to the business: Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology, Literature, and History. The objective of this block is to actualize world outlook issues, which are crucial for complete development of personal and organizational vision.
3. Functional Block. Traditionally, courses of this block are conducted for both Presidents’ MBA students and Executive MBA kmbs students. It allows students of both programs to share the experience in the collaborative environment. Functional courses are practice-oriented: Marketing, Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, Project Management, Operational Management, People Management and etc.
