Program Aim:

Leadership training aimed at quality transformation of a company/company group by developing skills of system approach to business management and strategic thinking.

Program Principles

The Program is integrated and structured in line with the logic of manager actions when it comes to company transformation projects and projects of business system construction.
The Program is made up of successive levels to be reached, implying "tuning" of the organization in order to make quality transformation and build system business.

Mode of Training:

1. Multi-level Approach: Full-time studies, based on classes at School for three days a month; and completion of appropriate stage of the company transformation project .
2. The support of knowledge system between classes by means of: business case tasks, interactive tasks and tests in the system, personal guidance by professors.
3. A 9-month Project based on real business.
