Program goal:

Providing non-finanical managers with essentials of theory and equipping them with effective financial instruments to make proper administrative decisions.

Target audience:

Company’s executives of any fields, top managers with no prior background in finance, managers of non-financial departments, professionals whose decisions influence company’s financial indicators.

Program specifics:

Comprehensible and understandable presentation of materials in a dynamic way, use of case studies. Program is maximum practice oriented. Participants will not only become familiar with the methods of financial accounting, but also learn how to interpret acquired results, and make proper management decisions in specific situations grounded on results interpretation.

Participated in the development and implementation of management systems at a number of Ukrainian and Russian enterprises. Conducted more than 200 corporative and open seminars for company managers. Teaches at MBA program of International Business Institute.  Author of training programs in strategic management, finance management, management accounting, budgeting, risk management, business valuation, investment planning, balanced scorecard (BSC). Managing partner and leading specialist of “Strategic partner” consulting company, authored a number of books on strategic and financial management of enterprises including “Finance Management of Enterprises”, “Benefits Management and Budgeting”, “Diagnostics of Enterprises”, as well as ”Financial Management: Practical Encyclopedia”, “Strategy + Finance: Lessons of business decision-making for managers”. These publications are effectively used by managers and economists of Russian and Ukrainian enterprises.
